No keys or gate codes required! Just download the StorID app on your Apple or Android device, create your profile, and you’ll have easy access right away!
You can even share access with trusted friends and family.
Set Up Instructions
After renting a storage unit, complete these steps on your smart phone:
Step 1: Download the StorID app
Step 2: Open the app and click Sign Up
Step 3: Enter the one-time password that was sent to your device after renting your storage unit
Step 4: Enter your email, create a password for your account, and accept the teams and conditions
Step 5: Access our facility using your mobile phone!
How to Use the App
After downloading the app and setting up your account, you can use StorID to access our gated facility.
When you are approaching the gate at our site, open the app on your smartphone, login, and open the gate.
The option to open the gate will not appear unless you are close enough to the facility. If you have any issues, please contact our staff or StorID support!
