If you’re a current customer:

Thank you! Please use our website to make online payments and/or enroll in AutoPay. Customers can also call their preferred location, and a manager can help you make payments over the phone.

Using Our Free Move-In Truck

Our free move-in truck is available 7 days a week. We’ve created a safe, contact-free way to rent and return the truck, which will be cleaned with our enhanced cleaning practices. Call your preferred location to make a reservation.

Need moving supplies?

We have easy curbside pick-up! Just call our office at (360) 779-7755, and we can arrange for you to purchase and pick up your merchandise near the office or put them next to your unit.

Need to see us in person?

No problem! We are here Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm at our walk-up window ready to help. We’ve taken all the safety precautions the Health Department recommends, including masks and enhanced cleaning. As always, our gate hours remain 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm every day.

COVID Practices for All Locations

We want to ensure that everyone at our facilities remains safe. Therefore, we are implementing the following COVID-19 safety practices at all of our locations.

  • Social Distancing. We ask customers to maintain at least 6 feet of social distance while on site.
  • Facial Coverings. Managers will be wearing facial coverings while working, and we ask our customers to do the same. If you need a facial covering, just ask. We have some to share.
  • Health Checks. We are requiring all employees to do health and temperature checks at the beginning of their day. We are also providing sick time for any employee who needs it.
  • Hand Washing. Managers will be frequently washing their hands throughout their shifts. We will also have hand sanitizer available at the walk-up window if you need it.
  • Enhanced Cleaning. We’ll continue to maintain our enhanced COVID-19 cleaning procedures (including thorough, frequent cleanings of high-touch surface areas around the site) in addition to our regular cleaning.
